This left-handed Martin D-X2E is in excellent cosmetic condition. This instrument shows very few signs of play wear and still has the protective plastic on the pickguard. This Martin has a very comfortable and easy to play “Performing Artist” neck profile with a 1 3/4” nut width - this neck is not overly chunky and has a very good feeling taper. The frets on this D-X2E are in excellent condition and do not show any signs of play wear. This guitar has been set up and it plays outstanding up and down the fingerboard. This Martin guitar sounds absolutely fantastic and has a very rich, articulate tone with excellent round low end, crisp highs and plenty of volume, thanks to the dreadnought body shape and scalloped X bracing. This instrument is very well balanced and excels with a plectrum or for fingerstyle playing. The MX pickup system sounds great. This would make a very fine step up guitar or an exceptional live performance instrument. This guitar is housed in a nice Martin padded gig bag.
