2017 Fender Custom Shop 1960 Stratocaster Heavy Relic Sparkle White

Mint condition featuring double cutaway two-piece alder body with multi-ply parchment and black pickguard, three hand wound Custom Shop 1960 single coil pickups, one volume control and two tone controls with aged plastic Stratocaster knobs, five way pickup selector switch with aged white tip, vintage style six point pivot tremolo system with six bent steel Fender and Pat Pending stamped saddles, maple neck with worn finish, dark East Indian rosewood fingerboard with "clay" dot inlays starting at the third fret, bone nut, small maple Fender peghead with Fender spaghetti logo and Stratocaster logos, single butterfly string tree, single line Kluson style Fender stamped tuning machines, Fender Custom Shop logo on the back of the headstock, four bolt neck fastening plate with serial number engraving, two metal strap buttons, original brown Fender Custom Shop hard shell case with crushed orange interior and Fender Custom Shop embroidered interior logo, COA, and all case candy. This guitar weighs 7lbs 8pz. 

This Custom Shop Fender Stratocaster plays and sounds out of this world. The neck profile is that of a late '59/early '60 carve with plenty of chunk which feels amazing and very easy to play. The 1960 hand wound pickups have a bell like quality and sound incredible through a clean or overdriven amp. The guitar is extremely resonant unplugged and vibrates against your body when strummed. The six point pivot tremolo is set up in a floating manner and works and stays in tune very well. The distressed finish has been done extremely well and looks great with the small flake Sparkle White finish. This Strat comes with all paperwork including the COA and the build sheet. This is a fantastic Custom Shop Stratocaster with a unique finish and killer vibe.
