This 1997 '90s Tele Thinline is in excellent cosmetic condition and set up in great playing order. The frets show slight signs of wear but have tons of life left in them. The neck profile is a comfortable C shape of the variety typically found on American Standard Fender instruments of this era. The pickups are original and sound fantastic. They are capable of delivering great classic Telecaster tones and also sound great overdriven. The steel block individual bridge saddles provide great intonation and the Fender stamped tuning machines keep this guitar in rock solid tune. The lightweight ash body makes this guitar perfect for someone who is wanting a lighter weight instrument for long gigs and also gives this guitar a second to none resonance, especially paired with the semi-hollow body. These 1990s American made Thinline Telecasters are getting less common and don’t come up for sale very often. These are known to be extremely well made instruments and this one is no exception. If you're on the hunt for a Thinline Tele, don’t pass this one up.
