1994 Fender Jazzmaster Blonde '62 Reissue Limited Edition Made in Japan

Excellent condition featuring offset alder body with blonde finish, enlarged multi-ply tortoiseshell grain pickguard, two Jazzmaster soapbar single coil pickups, one volume control and one tone control with white skirted knobs, three-way pickup selector switch with white tip, on/off jazz circuit control with volume and tone knurled roller knobs, Fender engraved tremolo tailpiece, floating saddle with six individual adjustable slotted barrel saddles, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays starting at the third fret, bone nut, mid sized Fender peghead with Fender spaghetti logo, Jazzmaster logo and decorative wind decals, two butterfly string trees, six in a line vintage style tuning machines, serial number on the back of the peghead, Made in Japan on the neck heel, four bolt neck fastening plate, two metal strap buttons, gold plated metal hardware and original white Tolex covered hard shell case. This guitar weighs 7lb 13oz. 

This 1994 Fender Jazzmaster is in excellent cosmetic condition and is set up in fantastic playing order. The frets show very little signs of play wear and have tons of life left. This guitar plays exceptional up and down the fingerboard. The pickups deliver classic Jazzmaster tones and sound incredibly clear and strong even when drenched in reverb! The tremolo is smooth and in perfect working order and the original gold tremolo arm is included. It appears that a strap button had been added at one point in time to the treble side horn leaving a small hole (see photos). The gold hardware has some fading and a string tree has been added to the peghead between the A and D strings.

This Jazzmaster was part of limited edition run which was originally packaged with a matching amp (not included). These 1990s reissue Fender guitars made in the FujiGen factory in Japan are known for their quality and excellent playability and are quite collectable these days. If you're on the hunt for a killer Jazzmaster, this might be the one!
