1990s Sovtek MIG-50 50W Amp

Excellent condition and in perfect working order. This amp features 50 watts of power, two original 5881 power tubes, three original 12AX7 preamp tubes, black Tolex covering, white piping, large Sovtek black and white badge, steel corners, two channels, Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass and Presence controls with white and black chickenhead knobs, original plastic standby and power flip switches, red jewel light, 4, 8 and 16 ohm outputs (The plastic nut for the 4 ohm output is broken but still functions - see photos), and original rubber handle. Serial number 009753. 

This Russian made tube midget 50 sounds gigantic. These amps were based on an early Bassman circuit but sound a little darker to my ears and can rip cranked up. These amplifiers used to be fairly common but as of the past few years, I've been seeing fewer and fewer of them. If you're looking for a small portable tube head with giant balls, look no further.
