Excellent condition featuring black Tolex covering, one 12" Fender speaker, black face with red knobs, two inputs, Tape input, Line Out, Stereo/Headphone output, white Champ 12 logo, gray grill cloth with chrome Fender logo with no tail, rubberized handle, stainless steel corners, original foot switch, and three-prong power plug.
This 1987 Fender Champ 12 is in fantastic working condition and excellent cosmetic condition with the original hangtags. The Tolex is in great condition with only one small nick on the front (see photos). Champ 12s run on one 6L6 power tube and two 12AX7 preamp tubes. The amp features one 12" speaker and 12 watts of power. This line of red knob mid 1980s Fender amplifiers was introduced by Fender to relaunch Fender tube amps. This amp has two selectable channels - one Clean and one Overdrive channel - and also has built in reverb. These amps are the perfect grab and go combo amp for small gigs and for the studio and we haven't seen one this tidy in quite some time. An interesting piece of Fender history that's perfect for players and Fender collectors alike.
