1979 Gretsch TK-300 Model 7625 Hockey Stick Natural

Excellent condition featuring asymmetrical double cutaway maple body, multi-ply white/black/white pickguard with volume, tone, three way toggle switch, and two humbucking pickups mounted to it, compensated wraparound adjustable tailpiece, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays starting at the third fret, elongated hockey stick peghead with black oversized Gretsch logo, original Japanese sealed chrome tuners, multi-ply white/black/white neck fastening plate, and original hard shell case with electric green plush lining.

This is a very bizarre (in the best possible way) and quite rare guitar made by Gretsch in the late 70s. This guitar has been professionally set up and plays fantastic. I have encountered a good number of these guitars over the years and this one has by far the best playability. The three way toggle has been replaced (see photos), but the original is in the case. The bridge humbucker appears to have been replaced and sounds great. If the hockey stick has been on your list, I wouldn't wait on this one. It's one of the best examples of this model we've played in quite a while and, unlike most, it's ready to go right out of the case.
