This 1968 Vox Constellation IV Bass is in good condition. This bass has been played through the years and shows signs of use and age including some dings, scratches and finish checking. At some point the neck suffered a crack in the center but it has been repaired exceptionally well and is very solid (although the repair is visible, it can barely be felt when playing the instrument). This repair was done long ago - the previous owner has owned this guitar for 20+ years and has used it without issue. The playability of this bass is excellent with low action and good intonation. The electronics are fully original and are in great working order. The built in effects work and sound awesome! This is a stellar studio tool and would make an excellent live instrument as well. A super cool, totally functional vintage Vox bass at a great price!
