1967 Fender Princeton Reverb 1x10 Combo Amp
Excellent condition featuring 12 watts of power, two inputs, one 10 inch original Fender speaker, black face plate with white print, black Fender amp knobs with silver caps and white text, black rubberized handle, Fender with tail logo on the left corner of the grill cloth, red jewel light and original black Tolex covering.
This incredible sounding 1967 Fender Princeton Reverb Amp is in excellent vintage cosmetic condition showing some slight signs of play wear and use including some very tiny dings in the tolex around the edges and some slight tarnishing of the metal chassis straps and screws. Overall the cosmetic condition is great and the amp appears to have been very well cared for. The grill cloth is replaced with later Fender grill cloth material but it has been done in a very professional manner and the baffle board is original. This Princeton Reverb has a replacement 10” Reverend All-Tone 1030 speaker that was professionally installed. This speaker sounds great in this amp and is very punchy and articulate. This amp has been professionally and expertly serviced by Hime Amplification in Nashville, Tennessee, and is in absolute perfect working order. Hime replaced the electrolytic capacitors, cleaned and inspected the amp and installed a new three prong power cable for safe operation. This amp is running like a champ and is ready to tackle any musical application. The tone from this Princeton Reverb is spectacular and classic. The newer speaker really adds a level of tightness in the bottom end. All three transformers are original and date to the 49th, 18th and 45th week of 1966. There are visible potentiometer codes that date to the 13th week of 1966 and the tube chart code is stamped QC which dates this component to March of 1967. This amp has the magic that these little black panel amps are known for and sounds tremendous. A perfect grab and go combo for stage or studio.
