This amp is missing its rear panel and its vibrato foot switch. We just got this amp back from Hime Amplification in Nashville, Tennessee, where is was fully serviced and inspected. It received a cap job, had a brand new on/off switch installed and a new three prong power cable installed for safe operation. The five original caps and the original on/off switch is included (see photo). This amp is running on all four of its original tubes. The transformers are original and date to the 38th and 39th week of 1966. All of the potentiometers are original. There are visible pot codes of 1376635 indicating that these components were made by CTS on the 35th week of 1966. The original Fender Special Design speaker dates to the 26th week of 1966 and the tube chart bears the code PL which dates to December of 1966. This Vibro Champ operates perfectly, sounds fantastic and has a particularly righteous saturated sound with the volume on 10. The vibrato works perfectly and also sounds great!
