Excellent condition featuring offset Nato body with Seafoam Green finish, multi-ply parchment white pickguard, Fender designed Alnico split single coil pickup, one volume control and one tone control with black amp knobs mounted on elongated metal control plate, Mustang Bass bridge with four individual adjustable barrel saddles, maple C shape neck with walnut backstripe and tinted gloss urethane finish, Indian laurel fingerboard with white pearloid dot inlays starting at the third fret, Squier and Mustang Bass headstock logos, four open gear tuning machines with clover buttons, string through body construction with four metal string ferrules, four bolt neck fastening plate with Squier engraving, and two metal strap buttons. The serial number of this guitar has been stickered over and there is a faint USED stamp on the back of the headstock but the bass has no apparent flaws and appears unplayed. This is an extremely cool offering from Squier with a lot of vintage vibe and great playability.
From Fender: While small in stature, the Classic Vibe ‘60s Mustang® Bass packs a punch of incredible tone courtesy of the Fender-Designed alnico split-coil pickup. Small hands will appreciate the short 30” scale length and slim, comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5”-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets. This throwback Squier model also features 1960s-inspired headstock markings, rich-looking nickel-plated hardware and a slick vintage-tint gloss neck finish for an old-school vibe.
