Excellent condition featuring square shouldered dreadnought body shape, multi-bound top edges and single bound back edges, laminated mahogany back and sides with cherry red stain finish, spruce top with Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish and decorative soundhole rosette, large tortoiseshell grain pickguard with decorative floral and hummingbird pattern, rosewood reverse belly bridge with compensated saddle and six white plastic bridge pins with pearloid centers, mahogany neck, bound rosewood fingerboard with split parallelogram inlays starting at the first fret, elongated Epiphone peghead shape, black peghead face with pearloid Epiphone logo and decorative crown inlay, multi-ply bell shaped truss rod cover with Hummingbird engraving, three per side Grover Rotomatic tuning machines, bound heel cap and two metal strap buttons.
This used Epiphone Hummingbird is in excellent cosmetic condition showing very light signs of play wear throughout (see photos). This guitar has a very comfortable neck shape that is a chunkier style C profile. The frets are in great shape and have loads of life left in them. This guitar is been set up and plays outstanding up and down the fingerboard. This guitar has a used stamp on the back of peghead and the serial number on the inside has a sticker over it. This Hummingbird has a great sound and delivers crisp articulate tone with plenty of volume. A perfect guitar for a beginner player or an advanced player that’s looking for something to travel with.
