This Breedlove Wildwood Concertina Satin CE is in excellent, virtually new condition. The 12 fret neck is very comfortable in hand with a soft C profile and a 1 11/16" nut width. This Breedlove has been professionally set up and plays outstanding up and down the fingerboard. This instrument sounds great for fingerstyle or with a flat pick and has a nice balanced, warm articulate tone. A super fun guitar to play. The pickup sounds very good when plugged in and the volume and tone controls are easy to access. A perfect grab and go acoustic and an excellent songwriting companion. A gem of a guitar shipped out safely and promptly from our little shop here in Clarksville, Tennessee, to your front door.
From Breedlove: Songwriters from Bob Dylan to Jeff Tweedy have made their point with small body all mahogany guitars. Instruments made from a single species have a unique voice, and Breedlove’s sustainably-sourced African mahogany speaks with a dry, warm authority that fairly screams Americana, and supports your singing without overpowering it. The soft cutaway, easy-bending short scale feel and Natural Sound electronics of the Wildwood Concertina Satin CE make it a mean little lead machine, too, with the ability to sit in a mix, or cut right through it. A simple, durable satin finish throughout puts an elegant guitar in your hands at the right price.
