2020 Squier John 5 Signature J5 Telecaster Frost Gold

This 2020 Squier J5 Telecaster is in good condition. This instrument shows signs of moderate play wear throughout (see photos). There are a few nicks and dings throughout included a large ding on the back of the body edge. The pickguard shows moderate pick scratches and the gold plated metal hardware shows some tarnishing. There are finish checks on both sides of the neck pocket which is commonly seen on bolt on neck instruments. I think it’s safe to say that this guitar was definitely played a lot! This guitar features a very comfortable Fender “C” shaped neck that feels great in the hand and is very easy to play. The fret wire on this guitar is in excellent condition and is free of any dents or divots. This guitar has been set up in our shop and it plays dynamite up and down the fingerboard with low snappy action and great intonation. The electronics in this guitar are original and are in perfect working order. Both Squier Custom design humbucking pickups sound fantastic. The bridge pickup has a ceramic magnet and delivers a huge punchy tight output that excels with a dirty overdriven amp and the neck pickup is an Alnico 5 based humbucker that has more of a classic woody tone that works extremely well for clean sparkly tones and thick overdriven leads. This is an affordable, well playing and great sounding Telecaster with some muscle, a righteous looking double bound alder body and an attractive Frost Gold finish with matching peghead...
