Excellent condition featuring slope shoulder dreadnought body, solid spruce top, wild cherry back and sides, white binding on the top and back body edges, decorative herringbone soundhole rosette, tortoiseshell grain pickguard, silver leaf maple neck, rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dots starting at the third fret, tusq nut, 1 3/4" nut width, headstock overlay with Seagull and bird in flight logo, three on a side Seagull stamped tuning machines (one tuner has been replaced - see photos), Godin Quantum IT electronics with built-in tuner, Burnt Umber semi-gloss finish, two metal strap buttons, nickel plated metal hardware, and padded gig bag. Made in Canada.
This Canadian made slope shoulder dreadnought guitar plays and sounds absolutely fantastic. The Burnt Umber sunburst finish is very attractive as is the grain of the wild cherry back and sides. This guitar is dry and loud. The Godin pickup system sounds great and the built in tuner is handy. The fit and finish on this instrument is outstanding and the guitar has barely been played (It still has the plastic film on the pickguard). A truly great flat top guitar for anyone interested in acoustic instruments.
