Excellent condition featuring cutaway body, AA grade solid Sitka spruce top with scalloped X bracing, herringbone soundhole rosette and top trim, Vintage Amber Burst Satin top finish, tortoiseshell grain pickguard with gold Maton M logo, A grade solid Blackwood back and sides with Vintage Amber Stain Satin finish, Select Queensland maple neck, streaky ebony fingerboard with pearl dot inlays starting at the third fret, Blackwood headstock veneer with Maton logo, Grover Rotomatic tuners, bone nut and saddle, streaky ebony bridge, AP5 PRO electronics, gold plated hardware, and original Maton hard shell case.

There is some minor play wear on the back and sides in the waist of the treble side (see photos). This guitar has a very comfortable body size and is set up extremely well for superb playability. The streaked ebony fingerboard is very glossy and unlike any guitar I've ever played which makes for an incredibly comfortable feel. It features the Maton proprietary AP5 PRO pickup system which provides the most natural sounding acoustic guitar pickup I've heard. This Maton is definitely a go-to performance guitar which would work equally well in the studio.
