2017 Gibson Les Paul Traditional Cherry Sunburst

This 2017 Gibson Les Paul Traditional is in excellent condition. This instrument shows only light signs of play wear and is extremely clean and tidy throughout. This Les Paul has a nicely flamed two-piece maple top with a striking Cherry Sunburst finish. It has never had a pickguard installed (no holes) and a pickguard is not included. The strap buttons have been changed to gold replacements. This guitar has an absolutely killer feeling medium chunky late 50s style neck profile with nice rounded shoulders and a 1 11/16” nut. The fret wire on this Les Paul is in great shape without any dents or divots and the frets have a lifetime of use left. This guitar has received a set up here at our shop and it plays outstanding up and down the rosewood fingerboard with low snappy action and spot on intonation. This guitar is pretty loud and resonant when played unplugged and just feels awesome to play. The original Burstbucker 1 and 2 humbucking pickups sound fantastic. The bridge pickup has a nice articulate woody cut with plenty of mid-range sizzle and the neck pickup has a round, warm yet still articulate tone. This instrument excels for overdriven tones and cleans up nicely with the volume control. A truly great sounding, playing and looking Les Paul!
