This J-45 is in very good cosmetic condition showing signs of playing wear throughout including scratches and dings on the top and back of the body (see photos). The guitar is set up in great playing order and the electronics work without issue. The Gibson J-45 is one of the most iconic models of all time and this example has been played a lot for good reason. As a strummer, the guitar offers a very even and balanced tone that would excel in the recording studio. Its clear and articulate tone make fingerpicking this guitar quite a successful venture. Furthermore, this guitar’s pickup system make it an ideal candidate for the stage. This is a versatile instrument that has the ability to be your main acoustic guitar for writing, stage, or studio. We quite like this guitar and feel that you will, too. If you're looking for a proper flattop guitar that's already been broken in and is ready for the next round, then this workhorse J-45 is the one.
