2016 Gibson ES-339 Satin Cherry

Mint condition featuring double cutaway symmetrical laminate maple semi-hollow body with bound top and back, two f-holes, two Gibson Burstbucker humbucking pickups with black pickup surrounds, two volume and two tone controls with black reflector top knobs, three way toggle switch, elongated multi-ply black and white pickguard with chrome metal bracket, Gibson tune-o-matic bridge, stop tailpiece, bound mahogany neck, dark Indian rosewood fingerboard with small block inlays starting at the third fret, bone nut, black headstock overlay with Gibson and crown shaped pearl inlays, multi-ply black bell shaped truss rod cover with engraved f-hole, Grover Rotomatic tuning machines, satin lacquer cherry finish, and original Gibson hard shell case with brown Tolex covering and gray plush interior lining. The certificate of authenticity is in the case pocket (see photos).

This 2016 ES-339 plays absolutely fantastic and looks just as good. This guitar has been set up flawlessly. The Burstbucker pickups are full and round sounding giving all the sounds of a semi-hollow guitar and also some pretty good Les Paul tones as well. The smaller body construction makes this guitar extremely comfortable and the medium chunky neck profile makes it hard to put down. These satin cherry finished 339s with block inlays made in Memphis from 2014 to 2016 are getting hard to find and this one is an absolute stunner.
