This 2016 Fender American Standard Telecaster is in excellent cosmetic condition and set up in fantastic playing order. The frets show some signs of play wear but are overall in great shape and the guitar plays fantastic up and down the fingerboard. The two single coil Telecaster pickups sound great and produce classic Fender tones. These pickups pair well together and are very balanced and articulate. The six individual saddles help keep the intonation on this instrument rock solid and the Fender stamped tuning machines do their job extremely well. The contoured body on this Telecaster makes it extremely comfortable to play while sitting or with a strap. The Crimson Red transparent finish also looks very attractive with the ash body. All in all, this is a very well-made professional grade guitar that's perfectly suitable for live events and for home or studio use. You just can’t beat an American Standard Fender!
