2015 Fender American Standard Stratocaster

Excellent condition featuring double cutaway ash body with Sienna Sunburst finish, white/black/white multi-layered plastic pickguard, three single coil Fender Fat 50 pickups, one volume and one tone control with off-white Stratocaster knobs, five-way pickup selector switch, two-point pivot tremolo system with six individual adjustable bent steel saddles, maple neck with walnut backstripe, maple fingerboard with medium jumbo frets and black dot inlays starting at the third fret, bone nut, maple peghead with Fender, Stratocaster, and Made in USA logos, six in a line chrome sealed Fender stamped tuning machines, four bolt neck fastening plate with engraved Fender and Corona, California logos, three ply white and black tremolo cavity plate, two metal strap buttons, and original extremely well made and durable plastic molded Fender hard shell case.

This Strat is set up exceptionally well with a very comfortable neck profile and a great feeling gloss fingerboard. The ash body is highly figured making it very attractive, especially paired with the translucent Sienna Sunburst finish. The Fender Fat 50 single coil pickups sound excellent with a very bell like quality. This guitar has been set up with a double butterfly string tree (see photos) which holds the strings behind the nut from the high E to the G for maximum performance. There is one small scratch on the body above the tremolo cavity plate cover (see photos). Fender no longer produces the American Standard Series and this particular guitar delivers all of the quintessential Strat goodness.
