2012 Gibson Les Paul Traditional Ebony 50s Neck

Very good condition featuring single cutaway mahogany body, two piece maple top with cream binding on the top edges, two Gibson 57 Classic humbucking pickups with chrome covers, cream pickup surrounds, cream elevated pickguard with chrome metal bracket, two volume controls and two tone controls with gold bonnet knobs, three-way pickup selector switch with cream tip and cream and gold Rhythm and Treble poker chip, fully adjustable Nashville tune-o-matic bridge, stop tailpiece, mahogany neck, bound Indian rosewood fingerboard with pearloid trapezoid inlays starting at the third fret, bone nut, open book Gibson peghead shape with black peghead face, pearloid Gibson logo inlay, gold Les Paul Model decal, multi-ply bell shaped truss rod cover, three per side Kluson Deluxe tuning machines with green keystone buttons, serial number and Made in USA 2012 impressed into the back of the peghead, single ply black plastic electronics control cavity plate and switch cover plate, two metal strap buttons, chrome plated metal hardware, Ebony finish, and original Gibson USA black Tolex covered hard shell case with white plush interior. This guitar weighs 8lbs 9oz.

This 2012 Gibson Les Paul Traditional is in very good cosmetic condition and is set up in outstanding playing order. There are scuffs and scratches on the back of the body which were difficult to capture in photographs, small dings on the back body edges, one ding on the edge of the peghead, and some sticker residue between the pickups which we haven't been able to remove. The medium jumbo frets show hardly any signs of wear and have tons of life left in them. The 50s neck profile is chunky and feels amazing in hand. The Gibson 57 Classic humbucking pickups deliver incredible sounding clear yet thick tones that Les Pauls are notoriously famous for. The Kluson Deluxe tuners and Nashville tune-o-matic bridge help keep this guitar in solid tune and keep the intonation on point. The potentiometers have been professionally replaced with top quality Alpha 500K units and the capacitors have been changed to Orange Drops. This Les Paul shows some signs of play wear including a scratch on the top and a few dings by the output jack (see photos).
