2006 Taylor 110 Dreadnought
Excellent condition featuring dreadnought body shape, sapele back and sides, solid Sitka spruce top, single bound top and back edges, decorative soundhole rosette, tortoiseshell grain pickguard, ebony bridge with tusq compensated saddle and black plastic bridge pins, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard with pearloid inlays starting at the third fret, tusq nut, Taylor peghead shape, black peghead overlay and white Taylor logo, single ply black plastic truss rod cover, three per side chrome sealed tuning machines, two metal strap buttons and original tan Taylor branded padded gig bag.
This 2006 Taylor 110 is in excellent cosmetic condition showing very few signs of play wear throughout with just a couple of very small dings in the back of the body (see photos). The neck profile is that of a typical Taylor carve and is very comfortable in hand with a 1 3/4 inch nut width. The fret wire shows very minimal signs of play wear and the frets have tons of life left. This guitar plays very well up and down the fingerboard.
This Taylor 110 has a crisp yet dry articulate tone with plenty of volume, courtesy of the dreadnought body size and is a perfectly suitable songwriting or travel companion. This guitar is housed in its original softshell Taylor branded tan gig bag that is very protective and perfect for travel. This guitar was built before Taylor opened their Mexico factory and was built in El Cajon, California. Although the Taylor Mexico built guitars are fantastic, it’s great to have one that was built in the good ol' USA. A gem of a guitar shipped out safely and promptly from our little shop here in Clarksville, Tennessee, to your front door.
