2005 Eastman 815 F-style Mandolin with case

Excellent condition featuring scroll body with two points, multiple bound top and back edges, Adirondack spruce top with two unbound f-holes, ebony bridge, gold string through tailpiece, figured maple back and sides, figured maple neck, bound ebony fingerboard with scooped fingerboard extension and abalone dot inlays starting at the fifth fret, multiple bound dark rosewood headstock overlay with Eastman logo, bone nut, vintage style engraved open back tuning machines with pearloid (plastic) buttons, wooden endpin, gloss nitrocellulose lacquer sunburst finish, and original black case. 

This 2005 Eastman 815 F-style mandolin plays and sounds terrific with plenty of cut and a great sounding chop. This mandolin is built extremely well with superb fit and finish. The set up is fantastic and the mandolin plays great up and down the fingerboard showing hardly any fret wear. This is an extremely nice offering from Eastman Musical Instrument Company made with all solid woods and attention to detail. This will fit in perfectly with any bluegrass band.
