This 2004 Gibson Les Paul Standard is in excellent cosmetic and playing condition. The neck profile on this model is that of a '60s Gibson profile with a 1 11/16" nut width. The frets on this guitar are in virtually unplayed condition and have loads of life left in them. The Cherry Sunburst top finish on this guitar is attractive and vibrant. The top on this Les Paul is mildly figured and does show motion when turned in light. The original Nashville tune-o-matic bridge and stop tailpiece have been replaced with Faber parts which give this guitar a massive amount of sustain and tuning stability. The pickups are Wolftone Legends humbucking models. The nickel pickup covers are included and could be reinstalled. These pickups sound absolutely ridiculous in the best possible way. The bridge pickup is very resonant, biting and gnarly and the neck pickup sounds incredibly woody, round and clear. These pickups are an absolutely incredible upgrade for this Les Paul. The original Kluson tuning machines have been replaced with Grover Rotomatics adding further tuning stability to this guitar.
