This stunning 21 year old Gibson ES-335 is in excellent cosmetic condition showing minor signs of play wear. This instrument is very tidy with just some pick scratches on the pickguard, one pinhead size ding on the top, and one ding on the back of the neck at the 12th fret (see photos). This 335 appears to have been very well cared for throughout its life. The neck profile is that of a medium chunky profile with rounded pronounced shoulders and a 1 11/16” nut width. This neck feels fantastic and is very fun to play. The frets on this guitar are in excellent condition and show only light play wear. This Gibson has just been professionally set up and it plays superbly up and down the fingerboard with low smooth action and spot on intonation. The humbucking pickups have a woody yet articulate tone that harkens back to the golden era of Gibson pickups. This 335 also features a wonderful highly figured maple body that is extremely attractive and pairs well with the factory gold hardware. This instrument is housed in its original brown Gibson hard shell case with pink plush interior and its original pink satin shroud.
