This late 90s Les Paul Studio is a great player with very little fret wear and a pretty thin neck profile. The 496 and 490 pickups sound great and full and are good for everything from jazz to heavy rock. The Nashville tune-o-matic bridge keeps this guitar very well intonated and the Grover Rotomatic tuners keep this guitar in excellent tune. This Les Paul Studio is especially interesting because it has dot inlays and brighter red finish than most. It is reminiscent of the early 80s Studio models produced by Gibson. The guitar is in very good cosmetic condition, but there are several small dings in the top between the pickups and on bass side above the tailpiece and forearm area (see photos). This is a very good quality player's guitar built by Gibson in Nashville, Tennessee. They aren't making guitars this good in this price range anymore.
