Excellent condition featuring double cutaway alder body with electric blue finish, multi-ply white and black pickguard, three single coil Stratocaster pickups, one volume and two tone controls with white parchment knobs, five way pickup selector switch with white tip, Fender tremolo bridge with six individual adjustable Fender stamped bent steel saddles, maple neck with walnut skunk stripe, maple fingerboard with black dot inlays starting at the third fret, bone nut, maple peghead with Fender Stratocaster, serial number and Made in Mexico logos, single butterfly string tree, six Fender stamped chrome sealed tuning machines, four bolt neck fastening plate, single ply white tremolo cavity cover plate, two strap buttons, and padded Fender gig bag.
This Strat is in great playing order and has just been professionally set up. The single coil pickups sound great giving all the Stratocaster vibe. There is some wear on the edge of the neck and on the peghead by the logo (see photos). The tuning machine posts have slight oxidation but work flawlessly. The Standard Series is no longer being offered by Fender and this is a truly cool Stratocaster with a striking electric blue finish.
