This 21 year old Fender Powerhouse Stratocaster is in excellent cosmetic and playing condition. This Strat is set up exceptionally well. The frets show very few signs of use and have plenty of life left in them. The neck profile feels great and is comfortable with a nice taper through the 12th fret. This guitar is very resonant and vibrates against your body when played. The pickups sound great and have a very bell like quality. It's also great to have a tone control for the bridge pickup. The 12dB active mid boost pot is useful and gives this guitar a very unique and usable quality. The clear polyurethane finish on this guitar has aged giving the Lake Placid Blue a very attractive look.
