The neck profile is a soft C shape and feels great in hand. The pickups have been changed to three lipstick tube single coils similar to one of Stevie Ray Vaughan's Stratocasters. These pickups offer a wide range of tonal possibilities and really add a ton of character to this guitar. The bridge is solid brass dipped in chrome giving this guitar a tremendous amount of sustain. The roller nut and locking tuners also ensure that this guitar will stay in rock solid tune. The abalone fret markers and pearloid pickguard look attractive and set this guitar apart from other instruments. This is overall a really fantastic offering from the Fender company and an outstanding instrument for stage, home or studio use. If you’re looking for a dynamite playing unique Stratocaster, don’t look past this one.
