This 2007 Fender Highway One Stratocaster is in very good cosmetic condition showing some signs of play wear throughout including some very small dings around the edges of the body, swirl marks in the finish and some buckle wear on the back of the body (see photos). This Stratocaster has a very comfortable rounded C shaped neck that feels very nice in the hand. The medium jumbo frets show some slight signs of play wear that I have photographed but nothing too serious. This guitar has just received a professional set up and it plays outstanding up and down the fingerboard with low action and great intonation. The pickups in the guitar sound very good and because of the configuration, this Strat is very versatile. The humbucking bridge pickup has a very articulate and cutting tone that pairs perfectly with an overdriven amp and the two single coil pickups deliver a very nice classic “bell” like tone that you would expect from an American Stratocaster. This instrument features Fender's “thin skin” nitrocellulose finish and it looks great paired with the rosewood fingerboard. The Highway One series instruments are some of my favorite Fender guitars and I think they are a tremendous value. You can’t go wrong with an American made Stratocaster.
