Boss PH-3 Phase Shifter (used)

Good condition and in perfect working order. Cosmetically, the pedal has clearly been used, but it sounds great and just as it should. It has some scratches and nicks in the green finish and scratches in the black area on the text above the knobs. It has a gray label on the bottom and was made in Taiwan.
