Interested in finding out more about your instrument and what it’s worth? We can perform an in-hand examination and provide a printed appraisal for a $45 fee. Appraisals are available on stringed/fretted instruments (acoustic and electric guitars, basses, mandolins, banjos, ukuleles) and amplifiers of all ages. We determine your instrument’s current monetary value by evaluating its cosmetic condition, originality, and need for repair (if any) and by researching the current market demand and salability of the make, model and age in the resale market. 

Mom and Dad’s Music specializes in vintage and used American made guitars from brands such as Fender, Gibson, Gretsch, Guild, Martin, Rickenbacker, Taylor, Epiphone, Mosrite, National and others, but are also able to appraise many other instruments and amplifiers from smaller brands and independent builders.
